I have a Bosch unit, not many in the area or techs that can work on them, I called D&B and they were out the same evening. They found out that the A-coil was bad and ordered a new one within a couple of days and replaced it and seen that it was still under warranty and took care of it. They had 3 techs that firgured the Bosch unit out they did not give up. Techs are nice and polite and not scared to firgure it out. The office support was great in lining the techs up to come out.

I had trouble with my heat they came right out
I needed a new unit they got the equipment right away

I have had occasion to use the service of D&B twice in the last two years. Once for system repair and recently for an alteration to existing duct work. On both jobs the required work was completed promptly and efficiently by staff who were clean and were well groomed who arrived at my residence on the day and time i was scheduled.
